Welcome to my website, I am so excited your here!

My name is Cristin Garrigan and when you meet me you'll be able to Hear the excitement in my words. I come to you from a place of healing, as that's what happened to me. I started healing myself from the inside out in 2020 and have found the most incredible life. I told myself June 6, 2020 that I could not live my life the way it was. Chronic pain from Rhuematoid Arthritis, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma; at one point during the unhealed time I was 230 lbs, unhappy in my marriage, unable to be the best Mom I could, no career prospects, and really just general unhappiness with my life.

I decided I had to make a change, I could no longer live this sad life. That ONE though changed my entire life. I begin taking Medical Cannabis which greatly improved my body; I was able to stop all 15 perscriptions (safely), discovered Reiki, went back to school for my Massage Therapy License, got separated, and continued healing myself for myself. I begin seeing noticeable changes in my healing journey with Past Life Regression, Yoga, Strength Training, and a general change in life. This past of my journey was Incredibly HARD but Overwhelmingly REWARDING.

I lost 70 lbs, started a healing career that I enjoy doing each day, I have an Amazing relationship with my 2 boys, and learned enough along the way; that I have strength, courage, and a beautiful LOUD voice that others need to hear to help them heal.
